FlexCareers is a small project. We read everything that comes in — even if we can't always respond quickly.

For working parents and caregivers

If a job listing on FlexCareers turned out to be wildly different from how it was described — for example, you applied for a "flexible" role and discovered it required strict 9-to-5 coverage with no exceptions — please tell us. That's the most useful feedback we get, because it lets us tune the scoring model and call out employers whose listings overpromise.

For employers

If you have a remote role that genuinely supports flexibility — async work, part-time hours, four-day weeks, real parental leave — head to post a flexible job. Listings are reviewed manually for fit before going live; we'd rather list 50 honest roles than 5,000 mediocre ones.

If you're a recruiter at an employer already on the site and you want to update or remove a listing, email us with the URL and we'll handle it within a business day.

For press and partners

If you write about the future of work, parent employment, or the caregiving economy, we're happy to share data on what kinds of flexible roles are actually being posted, in which categories, and how the parent-friendly signals have trended over time. We do not sell quotes for placement.

For partnership inquiries — for instance, syndicating a curated FlexCareers feed into a parent-focused newsletter or community — please reach out with what you have in mind. We're cautious about partnerships that might compromise the integrity of the listings, but we want to support people doing aligned work.

Response time

We aim to reply to every email within five business days. Listing corrections are usually handled within one business day. We do not provide individual job-search coaching, but the resources and Q&A pages collect the answers we'd give to most common questions.
