Terms of use

Last updated: July 2026. By using FlexCareers you agree to the terms below. They are intentionally short and written in plain language.

What FlexCareers is

FlexCareers is a free, publicly accessible job-discovery website. We aggregate publicly available remote, part-time, and flexible-schedule job listings from third-party sources and display them with additional metadata (such as our parent-friendly score). We are not a staffing agency, recruiter, or employer.

Job listings are provided as-is

Every listing on FlexCareers links to the original employer or third-party source. We make no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, currency, or availability of any listing. Roles may be filled, withdrawn, or substantively changed between the time we ingest the listing and the time you click through to apply. Always verify details on the employer's own application page before investing time.

The parent-friendly score is informational

The parent-friendly score we display next to each listing is an automated signal calculated from the words used in the original posting. It is not a guarantee, endorsement, or certification of any employer's actual practices. A high score means the listing language was promising; it does not mean the workplace will live up to that promise. Do your own diligence in interviews and reference checks.

No employment relationship

Browsing or applying through FlexCareers does not create any employment, contractor, or agency relationship between you and FlexCareers. Any employment relationship is solely between you and the employer you apply to.

Acceptable use

  • Don't scrape, mirror, or republish FlexCareers listings without permission.
  • Don't use the site to harass employers or other users.
  • Don't attempt to disrupt the site, probe for vulnerabilities, or overwhelm it with traffic beyond reasonable use.
  • Don't impersonate FlexCareers or use our name to mislead applicants or employers.

Employer content

Employers who submit listings warrant that the listings are accurate, do not violate any third-party rights, and comply with applicable employment law in the jurisdictions where they intend to hire. FlexCareers reserves the right to remove any listing at our sole discretion, including listings that are misleading, discriminatory, or incompatible with our editorial standards.

Intellectual property

The FlexCareers name, branding, scoring methodology, and editorial content are owned by FlexCareers. Job listing content (titles, descriptions, company names) is owned by the respective employers and source platforms; we display it under the same fair-use terms that other job aggregators rely on.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexCareers and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to lost income, missed opportunities, or disputes with employers you find through the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at this URL with the "last updated" date at the top.

Governing law

Disputes will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where FlexCareers is operated. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
