We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer (Associate) with 2+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain marketing web pages, develop interactive demos using cutting-edge AI tools (such as v0 and Lovable), and contribute to both front-end and back-end infrastructure. This is a hands-on role where you’ll code daily, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape engaging digital experiences for our customers.

What you will do

• Build and maintain marketing pages and interactive demos leveraging AI tools (e.g., v0, Lovable).
• Develop high-quality, testable, and efficient code that can scale to serve a significant number of users.
• Architect, implement, and drive improvements to front-end and back-end infrastructure.
• Ensure proper implementation of security and data protection measures.
• Follow full lifecycle software development practices, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver seamless, responsive user experiences.
• Identify opportunities to enhance user engagement through innovative tech solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in web development and inform senior leadership of new tech ideas, products, and approaches that could improve business growth and customer experiences.
• Adhere to cloud application development practices and create high-quality, testable, and efficient code that can scale with a significant number of users.

What you need for this opportunity

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and service security best practices.
• Familiarity with GitHub and collaborative coding practices.
• Experience in building highly scalable, data-intensive products.
• Proficiency with OOP languages and solid problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of responsive design techniques and mobile-first development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

You are preferred if you have

• Experience/ Knowledge working with Ecommerce portals.
• Unit Testing frameworks and tools (Karma, Mocha, Jasmine, Jest, etc)

The Path to Joining the Mactores TeamAt Mactores, our recruitment process is structured around three distinct stages:
Pre-Employment Assessment: You will be invited to participate in a series of pre-employment evaluations to assess your technical proficiency and suitability for the role.
