About the Role

Infatica.io is looking for an experienced and highly autonomous Product Manager to lead early-stage product development. You will own products end-to-end—from idea validation and MVP launch to iteration and scaling—primarily in B2C, with optional exposure to B2B solutions. This role suits a hands-on product leader who thrives in fast-paced, distributed environments and uses data and AI to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, MVP definition, launch, and iteration
  • Build, test, and iterate MVPs rapidly based on data and user feedback
  • Manage and prioritize multiple products simultaneously
  • Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics
  • Collaborate with remote and outsourced development teams
  • Set up and analyze product analytics, funnels, cohorts, and experiments
  • Make data-driven decisions balancing business and user needs
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and stakeholders
  • Actively use AI tools to improve product discovery, delivery, analytics, and productivity
  • Strong experience with early-stage products, primarily B2C
  • High level of ownership and independence
  • Experience managing remote and outsourced teams
  • Proven ability to run MVPs, experiments, and hypothesis-driven development
  • Strong product analytics expertise (metrics, A/B testing, tracking setup)
  • Experience working with technical products; software development background or strong technical understanding
  • Mandatory hands-on experience using AI tools
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience launching products from zero to product-market fit
  • Startup or fast-paced environment experience
  • Knowledge of Russian is an advantage
  • Opportunity to own and shape products from the earliest stages
  • High autonomy and direct impact on product and business outcomes
  • Flexible working hours and remote friendly
  • Work in a fully distributed, international team
  • Exposure to both B2C and B2B product challenges
  • A culture that values experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and AI-powered innovation

Why we flagged this for parents & caregivers

FlexCareers scored this listing 50/100 on parent-friendliness based on the language the employer used in their own posting. We did not see explicit parent-friendly keywords (async, part-time, flexible hours, parental leave) — but the role is fully remote, which is the baseline filter for inclusion on FlexCareers. Read the application page closely and ask about parental leave, expected meeting hours, and core overlap windows during your first conversation. Employers who answer those questions clearly are usually the ones who'll respect the boundaries later.

Questions worth asking before you apply

  • What are the required core hours of overlap, and which timezone are they in?
  • How is on-call or after-hours coverage handled?
  • What does parental leave actually look like — duration, pay, ramp back?
  • What's the expected response time on Slack / chat outside of meetings?
  • How does the team handle a sick kid day or a school pickup window?
