About this role

Headquarters: Remote - USA Only

At Coinme, we’re redefining access to financial services in a digital world. By combining the cutting-edge power of blockchain technology with everyday simplicity, we make digital currencies accessible and usable for all.

As the world's largest network of cryptocurrency kiosks with over 40,000 locations nationwide, we're breaking down barriers to crypto adoption through our seamless mobile app, secure digital wallet, and DeFi integrations. Beyond our consumer offerings, we're also the infrastructure powering the crypto revolution for businesses.

Through our enterprise Crypto-as-a-Service (CaaS) platform, we enable businesses to launch crypto capabilities in weeks, not months. Our modular, API-first infrastructure provides everything from KYC and payment processing to liquidity and custody solutions—all fully licensed and compliant.

We’re big enough to lead the charge in decentralized finance but small enough that your ideas will make waves. Every role at Coinme contributes to building a financial future where everyone has the tools to thrive. At Coinme, your growth fuels our mission. Together, we RISE.

Senior Product Manager

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager who is deeply technical, detail-obsessed, and payment-savvy to lead our B2B product initiatives. If you thrive at the intersection of product, engineering, and partner success—and you’ve shipped API-first products in fintech or crypto—we want to hear from you.

 What You’ll Own

  • Define and drive the roadmap for APIs, SDKs, and partner integrations

  • Write world-class PRDs with detailed edge-case handling and compliance requirements

  • Lead integrations with partners, working closely with their product and engineering teams—sometimes stepping into a solutions engineer mindset

  • Collaborate with compliance, legal, and fraud prevention teams to ensure robust protections around payments, KYC, and chargebacks

  • Drive iterative development cycles grounded in user feedback, usage data, and testing

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on payments, APIs, and crypto rails within the org

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in crypto or payments

  • Strong understanding of payment flows, transaction processing, and fraud risks

  • Experience building and shipping API-first products for B2B use cases

  • Demonstrated ability to lead partner-facing integrations and support onboarding

  • High attention to detail in writing specs, edge-case handling, and testing plans

  • Deep familiarity with agile, rapid iteration, and user testing methodologies

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills

  • Experience with tools like Postman, Jira, Confluence, and Amplitude

  • Nice-to-have: experience dealing with fraud mitigation and chargeback handling

Benefits

  • Flexible PTO and paid holidays

  • 100% Remote

Why we flagged this for parents & caregivers

FlexCareers scored this listing 50/100 on parent-friendliness based on the language the employer used in their own posting. We did not see explicit parent-friendly keywords (async, part-time, flexible hours, parental leave) — but the role is fully remote, which is the baseline filter for inclusion on FlexCareers. Read the application page closely and ask about parental leave, expected meeting hours, and core overlap windows during your first conversation. Employers who answer those questions clearly are usually the ones who'll respect the boundaries later.

Questions worth asking before you apply

  • What are the required core hours of overlap, and which timezone are they in?
  • How is on-call or after-hours coverage handled?
  • What does parental leave actually look like — duration, pay, ramp back?
  • What's the expected response time on Slack / chat outside of meetings?
  • How does the team handle a sick kid day or a school pickup window?
